Lumia Dance offer adult and children's fitness, drama, ballet and hip-hop classes. The teachers are amazing with the children and very motivational during adult fitness classes. Would highly recommend trying Lumia Dance.

I joined Lucrezia’s HIIT class recovering from a frozen shoulder. She gave me lots of options throughout the class to keep exercising and have fun while injured. A true professional who can meet the needs of all participants and keep challenging us. Great classes & lots of variety. Ps. My shoulder is fully recovered & I kept my fitness !!

I attended their Dance Fit classes - what a treat! The girls, Lucrezia and Amelia, are extremely welcoming, with such personalities, oodles of patience and always with smiles on their faces! The classes will make you sweat, laugh and dance your heart out. I thoroughly recommend these classes!!!
