Luke is an amazing PT his sessions always push me that next step everytime even if I think I can't do it. Having had bad knee problem we have managed to work around it so he still gets the opportunity to progress and make me feel like I have nothing left. Now we are full speed ahead and have a target to achieve which I know he will support me all the way and it will be achievable but allows me to live and enjoy life too 😀

During the last months with the gym closed Luke really helped me to keep a good shape and pushed me further to improve the strengh. The programming is well done and can be adapted to everyone and to any need.

Luke is a wonderful coach: very available, very knowledgeable, and knows exactly what and how to programme for his clients.
