Luke has worked with me as a PT for 4 months and has given exceptional support and guidance. His knowledge with exercise and nutrition is of a high level and he pitches it just right. To top it off Luke is a great guy which just makes training fun - something I didn’t think I would feel about the gym!

I have worked out with Luke for over 2 months now and all I can say is WOW! Luke is incredibly knowledgeable around all areas of fitness and his motivations skills are amazing! He has helped me achieve my goals and is pushing me further! If you are a beginner to the gym or an avid gym goer, Luke can give you that extra expertise to push your training to the next level! I would recommend him to everyone!!!

10/10 recommend training with Luke! I was recently on holiday in Dorset, and contacted Luke about the possibility of doing a couple of sessions with him. He quickly responded, and three sessions at a very reasonable rate were arranged. I'm 58 and have always been into fitness. Luke has been extremely helpful and will always go out of his way to ensure you get all of the advice and help you need. I live quite far away so I am not able to go to the gym Luke works at, however he trains my boyfriend and offered to give me some workouts to do at home and also helped a lot with nutrition. He is clearly very passionate about training and wants to help people be the best version of themselves. Would 100% recommend!
