I have been training with Luke on and off for the past few years. Not only has he helped me see what I am able to achieve goal wise he has really helped me overcome confidence issues when going to the gym myself! Through training with Luke I have been able to achieve all goals that I set out and sometimes quicker than expected! I've been training with Luke for about 6 months now. Worth it ! I'm glad to say that I'm very happy to come twice a week for training when it's our PT sessions.
