I had a great experience with Luke. As a first time gym user I was wary of what to do in order to achieve my goals. Luke took me through to a point where I now feel confident and make my way about the gym. Luke has also been great with my 18year old son who wanted to start seriously working out. My wife also did sessions with Luke which she got a lot out of. All 3 of us highly recommend him. If you're serious about hitting your goals the Luke is your PT

Before I had my PT sessions with Luke I had never used the weight equipment in the gym as I felt too uncomfortable, however Luke helped me feel more confident in the gym by teaching me all of the correct techniques. I feel like I have learnt a lot in the sessions I had and would now feel comfortable using the gym on my own.

Luke is such a great PT. He’s helped me with lots from gym confidence to actually getting stronger and stronger each week. He’s super clear at explaining how to do exercises and what each bit of equipment does, and is motivating without being over the top or pushy ! I have hyper mobility and weak joints and Luke takes it all into account and makes sure I don’t over exert or risk injury. Really recommend, great guy and great PT!

Luke is an absolutely fantastic PT! As someone who’s always been too anxious to workout by myself, Luke has massively helped me overcome this mental barrier. He is always so patient and supportive, and has been helping me build by confidence, strength and skills in the gym over the past few months. He’s managed to make exercising an enjoyable experience for me and I always look forward to our weekly sessions. I could not recommended Luke enough!

Luke is a fantastic PT. I always felt uncomfortable and intimidated in the gym but he has really helped me build up my confidence in the gym and has taught me so much. My main aim was to build up strength and with Luke’s help I have been achieving this, he pushes me week on week. Luke is very knowledgeable about all aspects of health and fitness and uses this to benefit me even during Lockdowns.
