I very much highly recommend Lucy! I attended the 7 week pregnancy yoga class on Monday evenings and it was a highlight of each of my weeks. Lucy is such a lovely woman who makes sure everyone feels comfortable and relaxed in her classes. I benefitted alot from learning lots of new breathing techniques and stretches that are pregnancy safe. I now can't wait to join the mum and baby yoga classes once my baby is born next year. Thanks so much Lucy!

Lucy's mum and baby classes are just wonderful. She offers the right balance of focus on both mum and baby. I feel like I have had a gentle yoga class for myself, but my daughter also gets to enjoy it too. Lucy uses stretches, games and rhymes, and baby massage to offer connection with your baby. I truly love going and will miss the classes so much when I have to go back to work.

Have had a wonderful time at pregnancy yoga. Lucy has been the most knowledgeable, patient and enthusiastic teacher! Would highly recommend Lucy's classes for anyone in pregnancy as they help with, sleep, relaxing and preparation for birth. Will definitely be looking to come to Lucy for more classes!!

Lucy's classes are amazing! I have attended her yoga course throughout my pregnancy and it's been so beneficial. I hope to come back and join her mum and baby yoga as well as her hatha class! The sessions have been so helpful and are very well planned. I would highly recommend :)

Highly recommend!! Lucy is fantastic!! She's very knowledgeable and mindful with her yoga students. Pregnancy yoga Mondays was what I was looking forward in the week! Difficult to keep awake during the relaxation techniques and it was great to share experiences with the rest of mums-to-be. I always get a full night sleep after the yoga session and it helped ease all those aches! Thanks Lucy!!!
