If your looking to improve your strength or just your general fitness, this is the gym for you. I attend the strength camp. Each 1hr session is planned and lead by Lewis. During the sessions, Lewis will support you to develop your lifting technique and work with you towards your individual fitness goal.

Lewis is an excellent PT and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for that extra motivation and guidance to lose fat, build muscle or whatever their fitness goals may be. With Lewis’s support, I managed to lose over 20kg in 6 months and now feel fitter and stronger than I have in over 10 years.

I have been personal training with Lewis for almost a year and cannot recommend enough! The facilities and equipment are excellent. Lewis has helped me push myself further than what I was achieving on my own, and the results I have seen reflect this. He is also really flexible on dates which has been great for me as a shift worker.

A big 5 star review for L Quinn personal training. Lewis pushed me beyond my max every session. The sessions were tailored to me and my fitness and confidence really improved. He’s really friendly and supportive and the training was always reinforced with positivity. I loved that I never knew what was coming next so I had no time to worry! I’ve trained in a lot of environments and the personal training from Lewis is of a really high standard at a competitive price.
