Lpasso Driving School - Sidi Malti

Saw this instructor speeding this morning to then emergency stopping where a lollipop man stood trying to cross primary school children and near missing two other cars. The children had to finish crossing behind his car. Although some rules have changed since I passed my driving test, I'm pretty sure speeding, not paying attention to your surroundings, nigh on taking out 2 cars and most importantly endangering pedestrians would not get you anywhere close to a pass!
