Loxley'S Larder Ltd

I took part in a day course with Loxley's Larder. We were a small group and learnt a lot of general facts and details about making charcuterie. Martin was an excellent teacher. We all had hands on experience. The gravad lax we took home and the meats will arrive with us when they have dried sufficiently. I recommend this course for beginners, experienced hands, those just happy with the knowledge and those wishing to take it further. Lunch was very tasty!

I have had the salamis and copper from Loxleys Larder many times. The quality is always fantastic and it so so tasty! I have been to the market stall and ordered online and the service is always very good. I would highly recommend trying out the products from Loxleys Larder!
