I would give 0 stars if I could. Following their advertising, I enquired about their free courses. This morning a very rude customer service's operator called me regarding my enquiry. He said they don't do free courses and when I replied politely that I only was interested in their free courses ADVERTISED BY THEM, that "gentleman" hung up the call furiously. That "professional" requires training to learn how to deal and to speak to people. The company could have a new customer in the future,...

Low Cost e learning has easy to use online training courses which allows managers can keep track of learner progress. However, the manager interface could do with better navigation options. Overall, it is a great training tool to help companies remain training compliant.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They were very helpful and dedicated to finding the right care package for my care home. All my staff find the platform easy to use and I like how I can access everything from my phone or laptop.
