Gorgeous location. Clean water. Facilities slightly limited but there’s a loo nearby and a changing hut. Staff are friendly and helpful- been a joy to swim after work or on my lunch break and no stink of chlorine!

A totally unique and breathtaking place to swim, it was surreal to be in the water surrounded by skyscrapers. The water was a bit cold but once you were moving about it was fine. The staff were so lovely and helpful. There are changing rooms but the Canary Wharf public toilets are nice and clean so I used them instead.

Water is surprisingly clear but felt a touch chilly than other open water venues. The only downside is the lack of changing room so arrive ready to swim (and be prepared for a public towel change afterwards)

Went there today - first but definitely not the last time. Clean and clear water! Had my first swim today and it was glorious. Fully booked Sunday 12.30 slot with swimmers of all abilities. With so many first timers, I did notice they did run out of swim buoys so perhaps being your own if you choose swim without a cap (as I do). Now I’ve got my wristband the entry will be much smoother!
