Dreadful company My experience: dreadful company, dreadful attitude. They were given a laptop to re-image, and they locked it down. When they were asked to unlock it, they refused because they had recently replaced on the support contract. Seemingly sour grapes blended with sheer unprofessionalism. We joined Lourdes on a 1 year trial last year, ending in 2019. We were given the talk on how amazing this support would be, but nothing lived up to the expections that were set. The service was terrible, and no one had a clue. Our computers were left in such a bad state.
