Love training with Louise. She shouts a lot, but she shouts encouraging words 😂😂 She's very good. She gave me advice on what would be best to eat and exercises to do at home. Edit: she adapts your workouts to whatever you want to develop (strength, lose weight, etc).

Iv been going to Louise for about 2 years now and luv going she's very professional catering to your needs and what you want to achieve. different routines every time and I always come out feeling better after a workout. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants 1 to 1 and good workout and if like me don't like going to the gym this is perfect. Louise is very approachable and not intimidating like some gyms can be .

Lou has been my PT for 3 years now, every session is different and fun. She teaches me correct form and pushes me every time to become stronger and fitter - I couldn’t recommend a better PT!!

I came to Louise a few months after knee surgery with a sore lower back, and basically zero confidence in my body. Having been fit and sporty before, this was having a knock-on negative impact on my mental health too. A friend told me about Louise and I’m SO HAPPY I took the chance. She’s got me back into my happy place and my body is finally starting to look and feel like the one I trusted and loved before surgery. I have actual fun in our classes, and come back exhausted but glowing for days.

Knowledgeable on diet as well as fitness. Every session is different so it never gets boring. Started with Louise having done no exercise for 2 years and now can certainly see and feel the difference. Being an older lady Louise focuses on my needs and offers in person and zoom sessions.
