Louise is so kind and patient. I started training with her as I developed a mild prolapse after giving birth to my daughter. I’ve just seen my pelvic physio. She said I’ve basically healed. That if she didn’t know my history and she examined me, she’d say there was no prolapse. Having the courage to pick up a barbell again, getting my pelvis and ribs back in alignment were big pieces of the puzzle to healing. I would have been lost on my own. I wanted to regain my core strength and get back into running. Louise was fantastic at devising a program tailored specifically for me and making each session interesting and varied. She is very knowledgeable in her field and spent time to make sure I perfected the technique for each exercise. I feel stronger and more confident getting back into exercise and can’t recommend Louise highly enough.

Highly recommend Louise. After 2 pregnancies (twins and a singleton) I didn't know how to start exercising safely again. My abdominal separation was an issue and my confidence was low. Louise trains you the smart way. She listens and observes with experienced eyes. She responds with training that is personal to you. And it really, really works. Louise went above and beyond for me... I am so pleased I found Louise. After my second baby I was conscious of my stomach looking so different and not knowing where to start with proper safe exercises. I had the pleasure of training with Louise after my second baby, and I really looked forward to every Sunday morning when I had a hour of time that was just for me!
