Working out with Louise was exactly what I needed as a new mum who wanted to get back into shape but didn’t know how. Louise is amazing! The classes have been really good at getting me feeling strong again. And a welcome break from most mum and baby groups which focus on baby and or cake. Louise focuses the class on the mum. She's really helped me learn some good exercises that I can continue now I'm back at work. She helps you understand your body and how you can bring your strength back. Would 100% recommend. Being outside amongst the trees and nature was an added bonus. Thank you!

Louise is a brilliant PT who restored my confidence following the birth of my son. She gradually increased the intensity of the exercises and pushed me to try things I would have previously avoided. She listened to what I was struggling with and adapted the exercises to suit my needs. I found the sessions highly motivating and my strength and flexibility quickly improved. I would highly recommend both her 1:1 personal training and her fitness classes which I joined soon after. Thank you Louise

Louise has been instrumental in helping me prepare my body for umbilical hernia surgery and build strength and fitness after recovering. She’s very well qualified and confident in all things post-natal exercise and has helped me regain my confidence and motivation, following a long period of not exercising after childbirth. She’s also a lovely person and fun to be around. I’d whole heartedly recommend her PT sessions and group exercise classes.

Louise has provided me with brilliant support pre and post-natally. Thanks to her, I went into labour having been able to work out gently til the very end and feeling strong and empowered.
