Over the past few years, I’ve felt very out of shape with continual lower back pain, sciatica and a weak core. I have been training with Lou for nearly 12 months now and I thoroughly enjoy every session! She ensures your plan is tailored to your goals, she is supportive, friendly and flexible. I now enjoy working out and lifting weights and look forward to my two sessions a week! As a busy, working Mum of two training with Lou gives me some important ‘me time’, it keeps me healthy, feeling good and sane! I couldn’t imagine exercising anywhere else!

Lou provides a very personal service that is adapted to your needs and requirements. She devises a plan and modifies this every few weeks. I really enjoy my sessions and would recommend her to anyone.

Lou works really hard to plan sessions that meet my personal goals. She encourages me by pushing me just the right amount to ensure sustainable progression. This means I can just follow the programme and know it will deliver what I want- makes looking after myself so much easier.
