A gem of a yoga studio. Have been to classes here for years with several teachers, but principally Jax, the owner, who is professional, supportive, peaceful, and able to teach a wide range of abilities in the same session. Crowd is of all ages, genders, ethnicities and levels of yoga experience. Monday and Thursday evening classes fill up fast, but the vibe is always to make each practice your own and listen to what your body needs. A beautiful, calming studio with a variety of classes and professional, highly knowledgeable, welcoming teachers. I have tried studios all over the world and I still keep coming back to this one as my all- time favourite 😊

Very welcoming, clean and friendly. Lots of different styles and teachers for both classes and workshops. No need to rent a mat, there are plenty for us to use if we forget our own. Well stocked little shop for regulars to buy their own kit to use at home (or bring to class.)
