If you are looking for a personal trainer or Pilates instructor look no further than Lorraine. I have been attending Lorraine's classes for over 12 years. She is knowledgeable & professional and has a real passion to help every person in her class achieve their fitness goals, whatever level they are working at. Lorraine is quite simply the best fitness trainer I have ever known. I have been to her Pilates class for 10 years now and could not manage my life without it! initially I went for a lower back problem but then the dreaded arthritis set in and Lorraine's teaching keeps me flexible and mobile. Nothing fazes her, we turn up with all sorts of physical problems/injuries or just in a silly mood and she continues with endless good humour and a positive attitude. She is a total tonic!

Lorraine is certainly one of the best personal trainers! Her Pilates classes are always very well attended and even when the class is full, she manages to keep a personal eye on each person to make sure they are doing the exercises correctly. I have been attending Lorraine's Pilates classes now for several years. I have always found Lorraine to be a very good teacher. When I started I was not very strong at all and had lower back pain. I no longer have pain and I know I am stronger and more able to cope with the physical challenges of life. I am female and 53. I now have very good flexibility as well. I have been going to Lorraine's Pilates classes for some time now and feel a great benefit from the exercises. My back feels more comfortable and stronger and my posture has improved. Lorraine is always encouraging and very aware of every ones capabilities. The classes are good humoured and friendly and I cannot imagine anyone who would not benefit from Lorraine's classes.
