Excellent PT sessions with Luke . Worked to your individual needs, pushed to achieve the best results. Luke is very knowledgeable and I have learnt so much about my technique and progress is amazing Highly recommended

During lockdown 1, I lost most of the strength in my legs and upper body as I was unable to go to the gym and play golf which I'd been doing regularly over the years. So, I contacted Luke to help me. One of my best decisions ever! Over the past few months, he has got me back on track with a strength and conditioning programme so that I now feel much better than I did before March. Just look at his qualifications. I would highly recommend him!

Over my furlough period from work I had put on a fair bit of weight, a shameful 1.5stone in 4 weeks. But over the last 4 weeks, thanks to Luke, and doing 3 sessions a week. I have already lost the weight I gained and have increased my stamina and strength. My first session, I felt like I might die, and the lack of gym/fitness was clear.
