Loong Ying Dragon Kung Fu Club

Honestly one of the best classes for practical and effective kung fu in the UK. Nigel, the Sifu, has so much knowledge and is equally generous and forthcoming with it. Could not be further from a MCDojo. This is proper authentic stuff that cuts out the BS and goes for the jugular (literally). 1st class was free so worth popping along. Super friendly, traditional Chinese style family atmosphere they are very welcoming. I’m hooked!

I have trained here for many years and and love the club, Loog Ying is a fully authentic kung fu and the club has a Linage which can be traced back to one one of the Southern Shaolin Temples. Full recommend trying it if you would like to learn real Kung Fu
