Using threatening debt collectors to ‘collect’ money that is not even owed to them. I guess it’s worked for them in the past as there are many reviews regarding debt collectors. Poorly run, my child barely learnt anything. Promises of grades untrue. Avoid at all costs and go with a reputable company.

The system of membership followed up by bullying debt collectors was crazy. Regretted to ever stepped by foot in this place. Never should have tried it.

I am sorry to give a star but the communication with management is so poor. Once there is a query regarding membership no one from the management team at the gym will get in contact. I do hope this would be resolved soon.

The instructors and classes are fantastic but I've given 2 stars because I asked for a 6 month contract and wrote to the agency collecting money to not auto renew as I like to have the choice. They continued to collect money and sent me letters threatening debt collectors. Someone from the academy called me to pay but when I explained they actually owe me money he wasn't really interested with no followup which I don't find professional. This place still owes me money that was wrongly taken.

The Gym is good but unfortunately I have had so many problems being chased by rude debt collectors because the company that takes the monthly payments is unprofessional and made mistakes then the debt collectors also made several mistakes and tried to extend after I cancelled.
