Iliana and Rifa are so friendly and informative. They were really calming and reassuring, but provided lots of realistic information too about labour/giving birth that a lot of other courses do not discuss. I feel more relaxed about pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding. They have made me and my partner feel more empowered and well informed to face any upcoming situation. Thank you ladies!

I am so grateful for these antenatal classes. They were so informative and Iliana and Rifa are very professional, but most importantly warm and approachable.
