I have been practicing yoga for the last few months and I absolutely love the sessions with Sandy. Lomond Yoga has allowed me to build strength, enhance my mental wellbeing and learn new stretching techniques which I've found to be beneficial both before and after running. Sandy is a very clear and informative teacher and watching her practice throughout the sessions is also very inspiring.

I have been doing Sandy's weekly 45 minute yoga classes for the past 6 months and I cannot rate her and her yoga style highly enough. At the end of her classes, I always feel like I have been physically challenged and always finish the class feeling calm and clear minded. I can already feel the benefits of a weekly practise and feel stronger for it. Her classes are the perfect escape from a busy life with two toddlers!
