Lisa is fantastic and gave me so much confidence to build up my strength and brilliant advice and support on weight loss. Excellent support and advice at any point always happy to help anytime needed. Would highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.

So glad I’ve found a fun and friendly bootcamp group. Lisa is the perfect mix of evil (pushing us out of our comfort zone) but lovely and friendly😂. I can see the muscle improvement after just a few sessions. Thanks Lisa for putting up with us

Lisa is amazing, she has helped me to love exercise and my body shape again. Watching my body change shape and loose inches along my journey is great! I cannot express enough how good Lisa is at training and nutritious support. I am where I am today because of her!

I broke my shoulder cycling. Which meant I was inactive for a long period of time, resulting in me loosing a lot of my fitness that I had built up. LNCPT was recommended to me to by a friend. Not only did the dedicated and professional attitude of Lisa help rebuild the strength lost, but the knowledge and quality of her work enabled me to become much stronger and faster than before. So much so that I've ditched my old personal trainer and work only with her now.

Started Bootcamp at Westminster Park with Lisa in March. Her sessions are great and a really nice group of people .. very friendly and inclusive. Workouts are really good, you work to your level and get the best out of the equipment and Lisa pushes you when needed. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my fitness levels since I started and I really enjoy going!
