Family Christmas get together here yesterday for Sunday lunch. Venue was beautifully decorated for Christmas and crackers and decorations on the table. Our party had two courses each and between us covered all meat options offered. I had the turkey which included all the trimmings and was cooked to perfection. A Party of 33 adults were celebrating with a Sunday Lunch yesterday. Our many thanks to Sandra, Carl & staff for arranging this event for us. The bright room & setting is excellent. We all had a delicious 3 course meal which was served hot & very efficiently. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. We would definitely recommend going there. Thank you all & will be returning before Christmas.

Had Sunday lunch here today. One word for our experience - Amazing! Food was outstanding and very generous portions! Staff as always are first class and super friendly. If you’re looking for a great meal, give Llanwern Golf club a try, you won’t regret it!! Thanks everyone.

Had Sunday lunch today, went by previous reviews. Unfortunately really disappointed, the pate which was really big had 2 tiny pieces of bread with it, not enough to use even use 1/4 of pate up. The dinner was swimming in gravy, the veg and yorkshire looked lovely but was saturated in Gravy so made it too soggy to eat, why the gravy cannot be served separately is a mystery. Then they charged us for 2 starters - only had 1 but was rectified on paying. Did not stay for a sweet. Staff very young ...

Beautiful setting for Sunday lunch over looking the golf course. Tables are decorated to high standard. Staff are so warm and welcoming. Sunday lunch was absolutely amazing 10 out 10 for all. Definitely will be going back.
