Professional environment with such a wonderful community spirit. So many opportunities available for all appropriate ages. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to via buses 49 & 50, theres also a car park. Wheelchair accessible. I really enjoyed my visit😁👌

Brilliant place to exercise. Staff have excellent knowledge of Boxing skills and physical activities. Good for both physical and mental wellbeing. Would recommend that you try it out.
