  • I have had 10 sessions with Lisa. She came to my house and when the weather was good we trained in the garden. Lisa was very aware of my health issues and tailored a programme around my specific needs. I have felt so much fitter since we started training together. My aerobic fitness has improved along with my upper body strength. But the most surprising thing of all is how much I enjoyed our sessions. I highly recommend Lisa.

  • I started training with Lisa in January, with the aim of regaining strength and fitness after an injury a couple of months earlier. I also wanted to do something different and I like feeling as though I've worked hard - hence the attraction to the kick boxing aspect ! Lisa makes training fun whilst making me work hard.   • Lisa is a great personal trainer. She designed a good variety of workouts that challenge me more than I'd have pushed myself - but without completely breaking me. That's helped me make much more progress than I'd have done on my own, and kept me committed to the programme.

  • Lisa is loads of fun to train with. I found myself looking forward to the sessions with her even though she really put me through my paces! Very pleased to say I dropped a dress size in three months with Lisa's help, something I had almost given up on since having my first child 6 years ago. I would highly recommend her.

  • Lisa told me she knew how to make me strong, and she was right. As a 40-something with a bad back, shoulder and hip injuries I wasn't even sure that I wanted to weight train - Lisa listened to my excuses and then promptly ignored them all! In 8 weeks I've put on muscle, I'm lifting more than I ever have before (or even thought possible), my back no longer gives me problems and best of all I'm enjoying the sessions (well, most of the time!).
