These classes have been a great supplement to endurance races I’ve been training for. Really zoned in on what parts of the body I needed to strengthen and some extra moves I could take home with me. High recommend!
As a very inflexible person, I was a little daunted at joining a yoga class. Liz immediately put me at ease, and I’ve seen an improvement already. I feel like I’m moving better and a bit less “creaky” in general. I think I’ll do the Yoga for Men course in January.
I love Liz Mellor Yoga. I started as a total novice and felt comfortable throughout. I noticed a shift in my abilities about 6weeks in and know that I’ll need yoga in my life forever. The sessions are friendly, calming and you can go at your own pace.
