I started training with Vicki a year ago and expected it to be one torturous session after another. But by some miracle, I've actually started to look forward to it. It's hard work, but Vicki makes the time fly by. She's an actual human who knows how to chat about something other than protein shakes and bicep curls. We have a laugh and I get fitter--you can't ask for much more than that.

Vicki has kept me motivated for the last 5+ years! She is approachable, enthusiastic (but not annoying with it!), and brilliant at keeping you to a consistent exercise regime. She also has a lovely dog called Raiden for extra motivation :)

I've been training with Vicki for a couple of years now, and that this is the longest I've ever stuck with anything remotely fitness-related should tell you that she's pretty awesome! I’ve been going to Vicki for three years now and I cannot fault her knowledge in any way. She’s great at knowing strengths and weaknesses and focusing workouts to improve both. She’s helped me so much to look at my fitness differently and is always brilliant in getting me back on track when there are dips. For anyone looking for an experienced PT, look no further! With a private gym and great environment to get your one to one going, I can’t recommend her enough!
