I cannot recommend Live Young Fitness and Nutrition highly enough. Ross and the team really care about each individual and their health and fitness goals. They can find a solution to meet your needs, whether you prefer one to one training, group training or a combination. They also support with understanding the nutritional aspect and how to be heathy. After 4 weeks on the exercise and nutrition program with Ross I am feeling fitter and lighter. Ross is always helpful with any questions and very knowledgeable on his subject. The classes are enjoyable and the other ladies really welcoming. I find all the sessions to be supportive and non-judgemental about how fit; slim or able you are, and as a result I will be continuing my membership and path to better fitness and wellness will be ongoing under his supervision. Fantastic program. Ross is a great personal trainer, highly knowledgeable about food, fitness and health. I have lost over half a stone in just four weeks since meeting him and following his program, and it was an enjoyable experience following the healthy eating plan and lifting weights under his supervision. Would definitely recommend.

Ross Young is a truly excellent and totally professional personal trainer and nutrition expert. He is very enthusiastic and passionate about what he does and the service he provides. His commitment to his business both personally and professionally is 100%.
