I started seeing Duncan because I was unhappy with my body and general fitness. after a thorough introductory session. he talked me though diet and how to fit it into my busy life with children. The session are great and I've noticed a massive difference in my body, fitness, energy and sleep. He treats every client as an individual and tailors all his workouts to what is achieveable

Really enjoyed the PT sessions I had with Duncan! There was variation week on week to keep it interesting and Duncan would offer great advice on my form and what other exercise I should be doing by myself during the week. 10/10 would recommend!

Getting a PT was the best thing I ever did! My mood and overall health has improved and I now enjoy and look forward to exercising. Duncan is a really friendly guy and takes the time to assess any Injuries you may have and how you want to reach your goals. He has a great home gym set up and I feel a lot more confident lifting weights with his help then by myself. If you are thinking of getting a PT then I would definitely recommend using Live Mhor Personal Training!
