I signed up with Carol in order to improve my flexibility, strength and balance as I progress through my 60s. I spent 3 months training with Carol and would highly recommend her to anyone. I have always been nervous of personal training due to a spinal injury and two surgeries resulting in some limited mobility and flexibility in my back. I've been doing personal training with Carol for just over six months now and am really noticing a difference in my overall fitness. She is really friendly and supportive, but also knows when to push me further to achieve my objectives.
