Liv is such a lovely and welcoming person and makes everyone feel at ease in her classes. Her classes are suitable for everyone and have a relaxed feel with no pressure to do anything you don't want to. Would recommend for anyone wanting to try yoga and feel its many benefits!

I've never done yoga before but wanted to get into it, so I was a bit nervous. Liv was so welcoming and helpful though so I settled in immediately. The class was a great pace and I felt I improved each week but without it moving too fast. Liv gives you real space to do what's right for your body and creates a perfect judgement free zone but also provides the perfect amount of help in correcting your form and keeping you safe.
