Walking the river trail on a very hot day, I was rather horrified by the way we were chased off by a member of staff. I hope he is kinder to animals than he was to two old ladies sitting down in the shade on a broken bench a few feet away from the permissive path. One can only assume it is the policy of the estate but, is the aggressive manner really necessary? Not impressed.

I have just moved my horse to this yard (March 2019) after being on a yard that was marked for development so it was a stressful time for me. He has settled in brilliantly and is a happy pony!!. I am a happy owner. The staff are fantastic, Tracy and Tom who run the yard are great and very knowledgeable. I could not want more for a relaxed and well run place to stable my horse. I recommend Little Munden very highly to anyone wanting to move their horse. Hacking is amazing as well as the ...

Fantastic livery yard! The team of staff, the managers & other liveries are all lovely. The staff are very knowledgeable & calm around horses. He is now good a...

The staff at Little Munden often go above and beyond the call of duty, meaning I have complete confidence that my horse will be well cared for if work /snow /life means that I can't make it to the yard for any period of time. The whole livery yard has a welcoming and encouraging environment whether you're a happy hacker or competitor - horse and I well and truly fell on our hooves when we mov...

I have complete confidence that my pony is being well cared for and as a new livery was made to feel very welcome. The facilities are excellent and well maintained. The yard offers regular on-site clinics which are a good opportunity to meet the other liveries, who, in my experience, are a great bunch of people.
