Traditionally the Lishi system of Health & Fitness Arts has always been an integrated blend of Tai Chi Forms, Chinese Taoist Yoga, Qigong, Standing and Moving Meditation, Tai Chi Staff and Sword, and Soft Style Self-defence. Through a series of ancient exercises that have stood the test of time, you will work on your breathing, mobility, suppleness, strength and balance in a fun environment, leaving you feeling relaxed, yet invigorated. Lishi develops your self-awareness, well-being, self confidence, physical fitness, relieves stress and is exhilarating fun. The principles of the Lishi Arts are very effective. Step-by-step you will gain greater coordination and confidence by working on your own and with a partner, testing what you are learning in a supportive, nurturing environment.
