Lisa is a terrific person to work with. Encouraging and considerate . Work outs are always enjoyable and tailored to your individual needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness levels. Gets five stars from me!

Lisa epitomises the 'personal' in personal trainer. She took time to get to know me as a person as well as what I wanted from the sessions. She is hugely encouraging, pushing me slightly beyond my own perceived limit. Consequently I have discovered that I am capable of much more than I thought and am thoroughly enjoying finding out how good I really can be. Lisa is the consummate professional. I cannot praise her highly enough.

I've been having weekly training sessions with Lisa for about 3 months and I can't believe how much she has helped me to improve my fitness and strength.
