  • Lisa is amazing! She has really given me a new found motivation and a new perspective on fitness. Her classes are extremely fun and always diverse in terms of exercises which we can do from home at other times too. I love how each exercise has different adaptations put in place so anyone can give it ago and still feel the full effect of the exercise.   • I have to admit that I don't really enjoy exercise but I thoroughly enjoy Lisa's online fitness classes. Lisa is professional and her infectious enthusiasm makes the class really fun to do. There are several classes over the week so if I miss one I know that I can do another later in the week.   • I joined Lisa’s online classes about 6 weeks ago and she has transformed how I think about exercising. She is an excellent motivator & she delivers fun & challenging classes.   • I have worked with several PT’s in the past, all with different skill sets and specialties. Lisa is by far the most approachable, professional and fun PT I have ever worked with. We are also best friends, which can be very challenging when trying to mix friendship with business, but it definitely worked for us.
