Update: July 22 - I completed my challenge of the Tour Divide race in sub 25days. 2650miles in 24days 7 hours. Self supported off road race. Thank you to Steve for his OCD approach to bike fitting that made it possible. Many people scratched from the race with knee / neck / foot issues but I can safely say I didn't have a single niggle at all. I very rarely write reviews but in this instance will make an exception. Been riding my Exactor now for a few months and I can’t imagine riding anything else ever again, an absolutely fantastic bike. The customer service is easy to engage with and they had all the answers to my questions, and the fact that a bike fit is including in the bike fit is bizarre. Couldn’t speak any higher of the bike, the company, and I have no end of people dropping their jaw when I pass them out on the roads.
