  • Harry has been a fantastic personal trainer to work with in recent months. He always makes sure you get the most out of every session, no matter your goals. I’ve felt so much fitter since using his services. As well as his fitness knowledge, Harry takes a genuine interest in your general health and well-being, making sure that you’re motivated and well prepared for each session. His friendly attitude makes him a pleasure to work with on every occasion.

  • It’s been brilliant working with Harry. I’ve seen overall a huge improvement in my health and fitness, which is exactly what I wanted. Harry also really took the time to listen to my specific goals and tailored sessions towards this, which I really appreciated!   • Harry is an amazing PT! I have been doing paired (with a friend) and solo sessions with him and he always has a great workout planned (which you can read through on the app beforehand). Sessions are usually very varied as he has a wide range of equipment available at the gym or in his off-road trolley at the park (for the nice sunny days).
