I love the way that Linda runs three online classes each week - one is at 7:15 so you get it out of the way before the day begins! - so it is easy for it to become a regular, frequent habit. Linda teaches us how to incorporate the movements into our daily lives so that it quickly becomes a way of life. I have done a number of 1:1 sessions with Linda and have found her to be knowledgeable, dedicated and immensely supportive. Her generosity and patience have been crucial to my learning about yoga and about women’s health more widely and I am very grateful to her for all her work. Would whole heartedly recommend!

I am so relieved and grateful that Linda exists, i just wish i had known about her and all the knowledge she has built up 10 years ago. Her knowledge, advice and online classes have single handedly been the biggest life changer for me. I now access her online classes daily even if just a 10 min workout. Without Linda I think i would still be going round the houses trying to find a solution. Couldnt recommend more.

Linda was recommended to me when I was pregnant with my son, and since she's been a source of yoga expertise, wellness resource and all round physical replenishment champion. She has been my prenatal yoga teacher, birthing expert, postnatal yoga teacher and I've loved her rest and replenish workshops. A wealth of health information, creative ideas, support and mentoring for women.

Linda is a fountain of knowledge and such a supportive instructor. A novice at Yoga 🧘♀️, I've learnt so much, I joined Linda’s classes to improve my posture, pelvic floor after three beautiful girls and to improve my core strength following cancer treatment. Her positivity is contagious the classes are also fun, incredibly relaxing, I always leave feeling calm and nurtured. I would fully recommend.
