I asked them a simple question when do muscle and strength training plateaus they couldn't answer that. Well the answer is Muscle plateaus around 3 months and strength plateaus at 12 months

The team at Limitless are brilliant. They predominantly work on the technique for each movement you are doing, ensuring you get the very best results from the workouts, whilst protecting yourself form injury. They can easily adapt around any niggles you have. They can advise on your nutrition as well as the workouts you do and have an extensive knowledge.
