A friend and I have been training with Hannah since February of this year. We have really enjoyed the sessions and always felt challenged. Hannah has been very responsive to our needs and interests and has designed sessions that help us to build strength and prevent injury. She regularly asks us what to change or improve, so we feel like we get a lot of input into our training. Besides being a great coach, she's a great person, and we always enjoy our hour with her.

Hannah's program has definitely improved my strength and power , helping me as a swimmer to become more efficient in the water. She always keeps sessions interesting and is super friendly, making her easy to communicate with and allowing you to work around (or through) any problems, such as injures, you may have.

I highly recommend Hannah as a personal trainer! With each and every session she helps me reach my full physical potential. Her extensive knowledge in strength and conditioning means she can train any type of athlete, from a beginner to a professional. Her sessions are well planned and her positive energy and great sense of humor create a very effective working out environment. I always leave the gym feeling better than before.

My personal program includes many fun, unorthodox exercises. Some of them I wouldn't know ...
