Started a small grp Strength and conditioning class with Onagh a few mths ago. We do 2 early mornings a week. Have learned so much and am really enjoying it. Onagh is very organised and professional. Keeps everyone right. We always get the work done but you are always guaranteed a few giggles along the way!

I could chat for days about how amazing this girl is at her job. I started 1-1 with Ónagh in June 2021 and have never looked back. Onagh is one in a million. I’ve always been fit and active but onagh has introduced me to weights and conditioning 1:1 which has improved my fitness and endurance. She is positive, organised and extremely motivating and her classes are also fantastic She is always upbeat and this spills over into all her classes-spin and strength and conditioning There is rarely a free slot at any them I can’t recommend enough!!

For the first time in my life I can honestly say I love exercising.
