Lightning Freestyle Martial Arts

Started the BJJ classes about 9 months ago with the kids, it's now our new favorite thing. It's improved our strength, fitness and discipline while giving us goals to achieve and something to progress together. Lovely group of people of all sizes and ages.

My son started kickboxing at lightening martial arts in September and now both myself and my daughter have joined. We all love it and the team there, everyone is welcoming and supportive with great team spirit. I also attend the circuits which are always challenging. The price is very competitive and affordable, highly recommend training here.

I've been with Lightning freestyle for 13yrs now. I've learnt so much and grown through the knowledge and teaching of Mark Williams and all the team. A place to learn self defence and also to gain the discipline and confidence that translates to all walks of life.

I have been training with Lightning Freestyle for 2 years now and since I’ve started I have always been faced with new challenges and opportunities. There isn’t a single person in the club who isn’t welcoming and pushing others to reach their maximum potential . I would definitely recommend giving it a go and becoming a part of such a great community.
