I’d grown tired of the same old routine at the gym - eg. curls, bench press, etc, repeat. I approached Light Blue Clinic after hearing good things from a friend. The Light Blue team developed a tailor-made program that factored in a serious long-term back injury - including some exercises I’d been too timid to try on my own. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it!…and I am seeing improvements in strength and stability. Crucially, my back has felt better than ever!! Thanks team!

Exceptional facility - I can't think of any other practice in the area that comes close. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff that can treat the whole range of physical pains for athletes of all levels. Highly recommended! The Clinic itself looks small from the outside but is actually very spacious, perfectly equipped (complete strength & conditioning suite, treatment rooms, cryo chamber and showers), very clean and just beautifully designed. There even is a play area for kids....I mean...
