  • Ray is absolutely amazing. As someone who's had personal trainers in the past with no results, Ray is a breath of fresh air. She's knowledgeable, experienced and friendly and approachable if you need to discuss something with her. Really the whole package and can tailor your workouts to exactly what you're looking for. Happy to see results and looking forward to the rest of the journey.

  • Ray is a great PT. She’s so friendly, personable and really helps you ease in the gym. For me, she helped me overcome the anxiety of going to the gym and she gave me the ability to plan my own sessions and really empower myself in the gym - both with and without her. I would definitely recommend going with Ray if you are uncomfortable with the gym, new to the gym or just don’t know where to start.

  • I’ve been training with Ray since early September and I couldn’t recommend her enough. I’ve tried and learned so many things I wouldn’t have even thought of trying. The gym has become something I really look forward to and enjoy every session, rather than a bit scary and intimidating! Super nice seeing your progress too with the great programmes Ray plans out. Ray is super friendly and makes the sessions super fun and couldn’t be more approachable :) x

Through fun training sessions I was able to learn about nutrition and fitness, also how to build my own training programme. Ray showed me how to be independent and changed my approach on how I looked at my weight! I highly recommend Ray should you want someone to make you feel comfortable in the gym. Such a 5 star service!
