Jimmy is an absolutely brilliant personal trainer. Having hit my 60s I knew I needed to start to tailor my exercise regime to my specific needs. A friend highly recommended Jimmy and Livi to me and I have been delighted. They are both so friendly, welcoming and professional. It has been great to have exercises and goals that are specifically built around what I need. It is also great fun!

Jimmy is a fabulous and very experienced Personal Trainer. We have been working together for the last 5 years and he challenges me every week, mixing up the sessions and making them fun. Over the years he has helped achieve my fitness goals whether that be competing in my first triathlon, running a half marathon or getting ski fit. I can’t recommend Jimmy and Lift Eat Move enough.

What makes a great trainer? Understanding what their client wants to achieve, working up to their limitations (and sometimes what seems to be beyond!) and doing it with humour, camaraderie and, most important, professional competence. Jimmy and Livi are the best training team I have come across over my many years of striving for fitness. They embody excellence in their field and never fail to make the session challenging and fun. As a relative newbie to fitness at the beginning of the year I was unsure of my ability and if I would really find the motivation or get enjoyment out of going to the gym. Before I started training with James I was probably the least fit I’d been in years and was feel pretty demotivated. James offered a very tailored service and regularly checked in to ensure I was keeping up with my training plan and to offer words of encouragement.
