I feel very relaxed at Lifefit. Ben is very encouraging whilst pushing you to meet your best. The range of machines give you a full work out in half an hour testing your muscle resistance to the maximum. A satisfying experience too having reached your full potential

I first started training with Ben 2 years ago, a 53 year old women with 2 Prolapsed Disc Operations and was still having problems with getting my back straight in the morning, In a short space of time I was no longer symptomatic as my back soon got stronger. Slow motion training with Ben has had a really positive impact on my overall fitness and wellbeing. Ben's supportive but challenging approach helps to make, what one would possibly class as self inflicted torture, the whole experience enjoyable. The results speak for themselves, with improved strength, posture and stamina. I would recommend it to anyone.

I needed to start exercising and the slo-mo strength building classes at Lifefit are perfect for me. I've gained strength and no longer have problems with pulling muscles. It's kickstarted me to become more healthy and I actually enjoy the sessions and feel I've achieved something! The environment is really supportive for a gym-phobic like me and Ben and Vic have encouraged me to believe that I can actually lift heavy weights!
