I have been training with Grant for the past 5 years including rehab of my knee and can recommend him very highly. Grant goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. I have been training with Grant for several years now. He is extremely knowledgable and has always ensured I perform my best during our training sessions in a kind, patient, and encouraging manner. He manages to maintain a high level of motivation and still make the sessions enjoyable.
