My name is Sarah. I am a 46 year old Mum of 2 boys. I have been into fitness all of my life and have always exercised. I put a lot of weight on with both pregnancies. I was physically fit but didn’t worry about nutrition and when I slowed down the exercise the weight piled on. Since then I have struggled with weight and stress and emotional eating. I am human and I understand what it is like to have to work hard at losing weight. I love teaching and helping others and I am keen to help you on your journey to a healthier and fitter you.
